We’re laughing because EVERYBODY says they’re number 1 and it really doesn’t mean a thing to the customer, so why mention it. Simply because we were SHOCKED!
Some of you may not know, but we are a part of a larger team in Toronto called The Real Estate Centre Team and we focus on the Durham Region for them. This team is a powerhouse under the direction of Simon Gianinni, Team Leader and host of The Real Estate Talk Show on CFRB 1010. Since January this team has sold 98 properties worth over $38,000,000.00 and is on track to sell between 500 and 600 homes this year. The team consists of 32 members and a wonderful and talented management team providing new ventures, support and training. There exists a terrific synergy that is shared at our monthly meetings. My partner, Courtney and I were shocked when they announced the top 3 sales people on the team 
in terms of production so far this year. We weren’t #3 and we weren’t #2 either! THANK YOU to all our clients and friends for helping us make a mark as #1 on our Toronto team. It shows good things are happening in Durham Region and we’ll continue to work tirelessly to keep Durham’s name on the map!
